Anything else?
My grandad was dying of cancer and when we were visiting him, they told us to leave because it was meal time. By the time we got home and came back again, my grandad had died! They could of let us stay there during the meal time. Also, when we asked for morphine for him, it took over half an our and two complaints for another nurse to actually give it to him.
