"My non-happening appointment"

So far I have experienced 2 phone calls and a letter, but still no appointment date: What a terrible waste of public money.

I lived in Canada for many years: saw a consultant within 48 hours of my doctor contacting him. Shame on the NHS! !

I am very sorry that you have had such a disappointing experience while trying to book an appointment. I agree that after two phone calls and a letter, you would expect to have an appointment and I’m sorry that this hasn’t happened.
