everything from booking to appointment even the staff told me the place is badly ran and is appalling

My MP made two complaints and as a nurse in the NHS [ now retired]i was shocked by the response I was then refused treatment after complaining, when attending the hospital for a 10am appointment I was kept withput pain management or food until 1600hrs when i went home after not being seen by anyone, when I walked out then a clerk asked me if I was discharging myself what a joke, my husband spoke to PALS as this was the line to take in circumstances like this and he was told to email in as she was going to collect her child from school, all this after two MP complaints, we have since had a very pathetic letter justifying thier non treatment of my condition , the surgeon said no operation needed but the STanmore Orthapedic Hospital spinal unit [ the best in UK][ surgeons have me booked in for the procedure and the operation, even my GP questioned their abilities to diagnose and operate., it really shows the incompetency of thier surgeons , do not use this hospital get your PCT to reccommend you to another Hospital it worked for me
