the phones being answered by the admissions people or messages replied to when left,b

i was put in the private ward not by choice but felt that some of the staff almost resented me being there as i was there from the NHS. i was also not given any advice on eating after having your gall bladder removed ,i ate as usual and ended up very ill at home the day later when discharged .
