"I came in for major surgery on ..."

About: Campus for Ageing and Vitality

(as the patient),

What I liked

I came in for major surgery on my left temporal lobe for my epilepsy. Before I had the operation I had plenty of talks with the Dr and Surgeon explaining what could happen and what would happen. Everyone was very helpful and made sure I understood and agreed, I was not pressured into the operation it was my decision. When I had the operation all the staff were helpful and also nice to my mother and the people who visited keeping us up-to-date. No complaints. All nurses and doctors were great. I still come in for check ups as I did before to see my Specialist but hopefully will no be as often. Would recommend the place to anyone *****

What could be improved

only thing I don't agree with but it is with ll hospitals is getting charged for TV when someone is ill it is not by choice that they are in, and even if you have the TV off the money runs out. so that is not the hospital at fault.

Anything else?

Great service from Nurses and Doctors no complaints
