"Caring and attentive."

I spent about 4 hours in the A&E department and then about 3 hours in the ECU unit. From my arrival the staff were attentive, pleasant and caring. Most importantly, they gave me updates on what would happen next. I was very impresssed with the staff and the facilities. This compares markedly with a visit to an A&E departermnt in South Wales a few years ago which was absolutely awful.
