My experience:

-Provided with various other contacts of help leading to new routes and solutions

-Didn't like telephone interview

-Comfortable

-Trusting of therapist / practitioner (Marcia)

-Efficient

-Private and comforting surroundings

-Didn't like questionnaires at beginning (too vague)

-Too the point (no time wasted)
