What I liked
My dad has been on the neurological unit for 9 weeks and is due to be transfered to a hospital nearer home. If he could remain in Preston until discharge that would have been fantastic as the treatment and care he has received here has been superb.
My dad has been seriously ill and at all times we have been kept informed of exactly what has been going on. The doctors have always made themselves available to talk through all the issues and the nurses have been amazing. The care that they have shown to my dad has been fantastic. At all times they have maintained my dad's dignity and shown such respect for him even though he has been really hard work!! I cannot praise the whole of the neurological unit enough.
What could be improved
Car parking is not the easiest but have always ended up with a space.
