About: Pontefract General Infirmary

My husband wears hearing aids and has recently broken one.I rang the hospital (waiting ages for switchboard to answer)asking to be put through to audiology.After letting the phone ring for ages nobody answered.I was 15 minutes on the phone altogether and still no appointment.This is not the first time either.If you are asking people to come back for hearing aids to be serviced please make sure someone answers the phone.It was much easier when we could go to the White Rose centre at least they do answer there phones
