"Some of the staff were nice and ..."

About: The Whittington Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Some of the staff were nice and I got a quick referal time after seeing the doctor.

What could be improved

Empathy

Most of the nurses I dealt with showed very little empathy with my concerns and fears and treated me very much like a number as opposed to a patient.

Anything else?

I used to work for this hospital and so it was my 1st choice for treatment.

After my experiences, I decided that I would rather pay and go to a private clinic as opposed to go back again.

We are sorry you weren't shown empathy by the nurses who dealt with you.

Your comment has been passed to the Director of Nursing.

We do hope that you will come back to the Whittington again.
