I had a couple of appointments in Ward 16 of the Women Health Suite for smear, calposcopy and biopsy. The doctor and the nurses were very professional and really nice. I felt that I could trust them, they made me feel comfortable and respected. The whole experience left me feeling reassured that my health was in good hands. Some private clinics medical staff could learn from them.
