"No Confidence"

The ratings here relate to the treatment of my late husband during August 2013. The hospital has, very slowly, conducted an inquiry and made some recommendations. I hope they will benefit others. Why am I writing a review now? I have just spent 30 minutes on an unanswered telephone trying extensions and re-dials to enable me to re-schedule an appointment (unrelated in any way to my husband's (lack of) care. I cannot get an answer - the switchboard is sometimes automated, sometimes not but in both situations the extensions remain unanswered. Nothing. How can you be expected to place trust in an institution which seems incapable of manning a switchboard ? Unhelpful form 'Which Department' I do know, but it was more than one and in this instance not a department, but the Switchboard.
