I've just read an entry from 3 yrs ago about a person describing a visit to Shropshire audiology, I would like to say that this made me scratch my head. Have I been going to a different department?
I've been going to Shrewsbury RSH and the PRH at Telford regularly for 14 years and I have never ever heard or seen anything like this person reports. I have been treated with respect and honesty and some humour too, and sorry but I just can't see that any of the staff there would behave like this, so the boys and girls there get a full ten out our ten from me. And a lot of hearing impaired and deaf people I know would say the same.
As for the music at Shrewsbury it's on the loop for aid wearers, that waiting room is not just for deaf people.
