I was well looked after when I went for my treatment to break down my kidney stones. The nurses are all kind, and they made sure I knew what was going to happen every step of the way. After the treatment, I was given a cup of tea and a sandwich, and I was kept comfortable throughout. Thank you for making my experience a good one. Keep up the good work!
