The service and care provided by The Horder Centre is absolutely outstanding, this starts with the moment you park your car, (free parking and a the worlds most friendly and helpful attendant) the receptionist are helpful, efficient and genuinely pleased to see you, the nursing staff put you at ease and display confident assurance, the surgeon is all that you could ask for in an accomplished medical professional, his knowledge and expertise is second to none, that combined with a charming character lessens the impact of a surgical operation. Lastly the administration is faultless, with considerate and timely follow up calls to check on your welfare. The model of the Horder Centre is one that many other hospitals, both within the NHS and the private sector should aspire to. I have made similar comments to the Secretary of State for Health
