"Treated like a child."

Long 2+ hours wait. I couldn't understand why I was left so long, when many patients who turned up after me were seen first. If there was a reason - this wasn't explained. An officious nurse made an assumption about something, and then refused to do what was necessary. I felt completely unheard, and other professional advice I'd been given was called into doubt. Thankfully, an excellent ortho team at Watford has helped me today.They replaced my broken plaster, x-rayed my foot and confirmed that the advice my physio had given was absolutely fine. The fracture was still as it had been originally. I was treated with respect and dignity, and felt heard.
