"Removal of nodule and a clash of appointment ."

Hi you guys I know you don't get many thanks for what you do, but what you did for me on the04/09/2014 14.00hrs was brilliant .I had an appointment 14.00 hrs 04/09 booked in for several weeks. Then out of the blue I had a reunion to got to on the 04/09 14.00. I didn't want to cancel either. So I rang the dermatology dept and asked if I could be seen to on time or little before for my minor surgery. The receptionist was so helpful and without going to much, she sorted it with the nurse and the doctor. I arrived early, the nurse was all set for me the doctor was all set and of we went. They were so nice, I was on my way,must have been 14.30. I was an hour late for my reunion. Thank you very much for what you did for me on that day. My surgery is healing very nicely , can't wait to get the stitches out. Thanks again.
