Response from Leicester Royal Infirmary

Dear Salman, Thank you for sharing your comments and experience with us. We are glad to hear that your procedure went well and that overall, you felt the care you received was very good. We are very sorry if you feel the same level of care and compassion was not given post-surgery and would like to reassure you we will only discharge patients who are well enough to go home. We would not make you leave the hospital for any reason if you still required further hospital care. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to contact our one of our Patient Information and Liaison Service (PILS) advisors on 08081 788 337 or online at https://www.leicestershospitals.nhs.uk/patients/patient-welfare/patient-information-and-liaison-service/contact-form/ Best wishes for your recovery, Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
