Once we finally got seen cannot fault the care. However the surroundings we had to sit in were frankly bizzare. It was a shabby waiting room/ admin filing photocopier room/ office sectioned off by screens. Every time someone used a toilet or sink next door the drain in the room gurgled. No waste bins. What perturbs me about IHT is the inconsistency have had experiences of fabulous care and settings and then some part of the hospitals are very depressing . If you are going to share your pledges with patients then have the pride to display neatly.
