Having attended many different clinics at QA if find that the eye department seems to have appointment problems, it is also the only department which has a 2hour wait posted. Having spent 4hours waiting to be seen and the staff being very helpful and apologetic for the wait it would appear that the way appointments are issued is a major issue. Why then does there seem to be more appointments than staff can keep up with? If this was managed and timed properly as with many of the departments where the wait is minimal..the managers need to look into this
