"Queen Alexander badly run and complete chaos"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I was asked to attend the hospital today at 8am to have a angigram I had hired a private room so my wife could stay with me.We arrived bang on 8am my wife found our room and we were told to go in where we sat for about 15mins eventually somebody came in and asked if we would like a paper we replied yes please.About 40mins later a male nurse and some other chap came in and asked my name dob and address and to my astonishment what was I in for this is when I started to worry also had I got my blood report from my Gp also have I got my records I replied no things are getting worse. They both left the room and told me I would be going down about mid morning half a hour they came back to tell me they have not got the blood report I therefore rang the Gp and they were in place within five mins. I was then told again we are ready to go nurse came done all my obs she said I will bring a gown back. We now sat the for about an hour and saw nobody the nurse came back at 11.30 again we asked his answer was soon and he would bring me a gown still no gown.At 12.15 nurse comes back we asked again soon before my lunch. At 1pm he came back to say it is going to be 2pm minimum providing there were not any further problems but he could not confirm this at this point I had enough I decided to give up and go home and it was quite obvious that it was not going to happen today. I had a telephone call from a ladywho sorts out the private rooms and refunded my money and explained to me that there were lots of operation cancelled today which proves to me something is wrong also I had two nurses explained I was doing the right thing I would suggest you get you act together and stop playing with patients lives . So today has cost us about a hundred pounds for the bandage on my foot so I presume you will be refunding me
