About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

I attended the unit as an outpatient for a gastroscopy. I was very anxious but was treated patiently and kindly throughout. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and felt I was listened to and treated with respect. The explanations were clear and many of my fears were allayed. I knew what to expect and as a result was able to cope well with the procedure. Overall the staff could not have been better.

I am so pleased to here that you were treated with respect and dignity and that you were given the time to ask all your questions.

I will be sharing your feedback with the team who looked after you.
