I was admitted to SGH on the 27th August with a neck a femur and had to be admitted for a hip replacement. I can only say that I have nothing but praise and admiration from the Surgeon down to the auxiliary staff.I was treated with such kindness and kept informed every step in my treatment. The staff were upbeat and the impression I got was that they were happy in there work considering the verbal and physical abuse they have to put up with. I have only one complaint and that is with the xray, they obviously did not look at the patients trauma. Three times I visited the dept and each time came away in tears and had to be given pain relief. Thank you to the staff at SGH your a shining example to the NHS
