"Excellent care at all levels of interaction"

While in the care of the consultant, I experienced excellent treatment and professional care at all levels of interaction. These consultations are exemplars of how a professional consultation should be conducted, while remaining a caring, human experience. Everyone from the porter up, introduced themselves with "Hello I am ......." this made such a positive difference to the many meetings and handovers involved in tests, consultations, theatre , recovery and discharge. The only stress which could reasonably be removed is, the worry about missing appointments, caused by the parking, which might be helped by providing a park and ride system from outside the hospital.
