(as the patient),

As an ill-health retired staff nurse I have been seen and taken care by mostly staff in A&E. The staff I have met are uncaring, and not working to the standard of care I was trained and then worked in. I have been and have long term care needs.

I have been accused of abusing basic care needs and of members of staff which I find very upsetting. My health needs are not that complicated. However I have had to leave as I do not feel safe.
