"On Rowan 1 for 4 months 3 days"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My story so far as being on Rowan 1 for 4 months 3 days has been a day to watch patients get up to nonsense, swear at staff, bawl and shout at them etc and staff doing nothing about it and what they have done to stop it does not work because all sorts still goes on, the new soft soap approach does not work, they do it over and over again
