What I liked

Nothing we wanted to hand deliver a letter of complaint and the reception gave us no confidence whatsoever that the leter would be treated urgently. Letter delivered Sunday because we could no speak to anyone on the phone and was told it would be with the addresses probably Tuesday/Wednesday

What could be improved

If the departments talked to each other, my mother is suffering with cancer she was diagnosed in January 09 since then she as had a number of appointments cancelled and there appears to a total lack of patient care or thought for her wellbeing. I find the whole attitude of the staff totally abhorrent from the top down.

Anything else?

Read the other comments there appears to be a theme were appointments get cancelled and the patients have to chase the Trust up to get another.My mother is suffering with cancer if she was pet cat or dog and we avoided giving her treatment we would end up in court absolutly shameful treatment of a very poorly lady who is in pain and no one appears to care.
