"Everyone showed me the compassion I needed to deal with the situation"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I recently had a two night stay on Ward M2,. This stay was my third stay since the end of April this year. My first stay was for a Mastectomy due to breast cancer and the other two because of healing problems following my surgery.

Each and every member of staff from cleaners, ward orderlies, HCSW and the wonderful staff nurses all showed me first class care and professionalism.

This has been a very emotional roller coaster for me and everyone showed me the compassion I needed to deal with the situation. Thank you M2 from the bottom of my heart.
