What I liked

We took our 11yr old son to the GP clinic at about 6.30pm on Monday for urgent treatment of a chest infection. The unit was well run and everyone was very helpful.

What could be improved

We did not have any cash for the parking machine and could not access the cash machine as the restaurant was locked. It would be sensiblel if the cash machine was accessible 24hrs as it was stressful for our sick son to be walking around corridors and waiting while we tried to sort the problem out.

Anything else?

I used the help button on the parking machine to get some advice as we could not exit the carpark. When I told the porter who answered what the problem was he was a little unsympathetic and did not seem to be aware that the cash machine was inaccessible. He eventually gave us a pass ticket when I became a little agitated about not being get my sick child home
