Doctor in emergency department lost blood cultures and did not put on system, as Dr came to ward 4 next day and said no cultures taken as they were not on the system 12.30pm cultures and blood gas were taken, Dr denied taking them...Paramedics scored me 4/5 for sepsis so why did you lie when i confronted you about cultures taken..I did speak to the outreach nurses..01/08/2014..
