I am totally appalled by the treatment myself and my parents received from one of the EAU B side Nurses at Kingsmill Hospital. The Nurse in question (don't know her name as she never introduced herself) must be the most thoroughly unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. Aggressive and rude are two of the words I would use to describe how the Nurse was towards my worried, now very upset father. The other EAU staff were very friendly and approachable but I will not be recommending this department to anyone else.
