I would like to thank you for running such an efficient minor injuries unit. I was met by a very welcoming and efficient reception team and was seen by the doctor to treat a wound to my hand within a very short period of time. I found his professionalism to be of the highest order and wish this to be formally recognised. He was very reassuring and explained the procedure very clearly to me.
