"Orthopaedics and appointments."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Attending Orthopedics for ankle problem, i attended my first appointment and the doctor agreed that i would need surgery as the injection wouldn't work, confirming what my scope practitioner and told me. Had MRI and x-ray small delay in appointment but understandable. second appointment saw a different doctor and told i would have to have the injection first. Got my follow up appointment to see the results of the injection before i got appointment for the injection, couldn't get in contact by phone always engaged. Sent email, no answer, sent second email, finally got an answer and appointment. I had the injection treated by the staff great. Couldn't make the follow up appointment again no answer on phone so emailed 15 days before appointment date, no reply, emailed again day before appointment, got a replay from earlier email for the injection. Sent a third email on day of appointment again telling them i couldn't make it. Two days later got a letter discharging me from the hospital for not letting them no i wouldn't be attending. Now have to be referred again and go through it all again.
