"received excellent emergency treatment and after..."

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

My son had an accident and injured his leg. He came by ambulance to St Peters and was admitted to A and E. They quickly diagnosed that he needed a emergency operation and a 2am he had that operation. The care was amazing. the doctors were very caring to him and the rest of the family, the nurses were very caring and professional. They monitored his condition all night for the first critical night, and were lovely. They sorted a bed out for me to stay with him the whole time he was in hospital. Before and after each operation the surgeons and anaesthetist would see us and listened to any concerns we had, and we felt that they were very caring. The rooms were cleaned every day, and I felt happy about the general levels of cleanliness. The food was nice, and as my son started to get better, he looked forward to the food coming around. The after care had been great. The surgeons have kept a close eye on him, and seen him regularly in clinic. We have also received physio assistance, to get him walking again. I cant thank the staff enough for all that they have done.
