"What a credit to the NHS"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

Arrived at Minor Injuries at 8am. Greeted by the very pleasant Receptionist. Saw SeniorNurse who explained needed to see Plastic Surgeon regarding Post Op to my eyelid. Suggested I get a cup of tea. Doctors were on rounds but was seen at 9.30. Reassured my eyelid was healing. This is a well run and very pleasant Department. Thank You. Gillian Teather A patient of approximately 15 years . 1st September, 2014

Dear Mrs Teather Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and express you appreciation of the treatment you recently received in our Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) and of the hospital in general which I u nderstand you have been attending for the past 15 years. Please be assured that these have been passed onto the staff in MIU who have welcomed your kind words. Kind regards Nicolle Tadman - Patient Experience Manager
