"Appalling Customer Service - Appalling"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I was refereed to Whipps cross Hospital on 24 July and have still not received a letter for an appointment. I have been trying to ring the hospital for an update but have clearly been wasting my time. When trying to call the 0203 416 5000, they all answer the phone in a rude manner and ask what department I would like to be transferred to. When they transfer the call all I reach is a voice mail which does not even let you leave a voice mail, and the phone is then cut off. When I call back ( which has been over several times) I explain to the rude staff that the phone always gets cut off and I can not get through to any body. Every time I ring this number I have been put through to New appointments, Out patients, ENT department, a variety of extension numbers and still have no manage to speak to one person regarding my appointment at the hospital. Not only when I ring they are rude, They are not apologetic at all. Each operator just continuously puts me through cutting my conversation off I am having with them. Again I have been on hold several times when I have called and the phone just gets put down on me. Absolutely appalling phone service, manner and operation.
