"Insulted and demeaned by ENT doctor"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I attended my outpatient appointment in ENT clinic 6. I was seen by a man who said he was a consultant, but he was rude and demeaning, not just to me but also to my wife, and to his own colleagues, a male nurse and a female junior doctor. He spoke to them in a way which was unnecessarily offensive as if trying to humiliate them. He didn't explain anything to us. He was demeaning and insulting. I will be making a request never to see him again. The other doctors I have met there are kind and compassionate.
