"bad at rebooking appointments"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

The woman behind the a&e desk was rather ignorant and useless. She gave snotty comments. The staff in the fracture clinic on the other hand were nice and pleasant. Told me what I needed to know and answered my questions. The only problem is if you can't make an appointment they don't care about you. They booked me a new appointment 11 days later in a time of need. Which of course was fairly useless as my fracture healed and couldn't get a operation. All in all the hospital for me was useless. I will try avoid it in the future.
