"Waiting & waiting & waiting"

Came in with daughter who waited 30 mins before being told we had not been booked in by the paramedic who brought us here ? Then waited 2.1/2 hours before blood was taken and pain meds after telling the staff over & over & over No ibuprofen due to asthma but they still tried to give it to her ? Then when blood was taken told only be 1hr to 30 mins wait was then told lab didn't get blood results on time and now have to wait another hour so a trip which should have been done & dusted in appox 4 hours took us 6.1/2 hours due to on going mistakes ... S
