About: Good Hope Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

A & E member of staff failed to log me in on 2 separate occasions 18 months apart then sent me nuisance text messages. I feel you shouldn't ever complain it descends into some form of hell.

Nothing happens to the member of staff but my health spirals even lower than it was. I feel this staff member discriminates seemingly at people who have worked all their life and should be sent to dignitas rather than having to deal with them

Update posted by not dead yet (the patient)

best thing you could do at the moment is to preserve any cctv as obviously It is going to disappear and the staff member will be able to select who gets treated as per their criteria which I would love to have explained to me, I will have to wait 25 working days again to hear the usual nonsensical excuses as to why the trust failed in its duty of care again
