"E58"

my mam has just spent just over four weeks on ward E58. the care she received was not only professional but very caring and considerate at all times. All staff from the daytime domestics, night time and weekend domestics the health care assistants, catering staff, physio's student nurses, nurses, sisters, specialist nurses, stroke nurses, doctors and her consultant. The last two weeks mam was a patient we were there 24/7and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. always a smile and a little bit of time for a few words with us, never a case of "do my job and then next patient please". they listened to mam in a caring way. never condescending. on behalf of all our family I would like to say a massive thank you to you all. you's should all be proud of yourselves. unfortunately mam didn't come home with us ever again, but she couldn't have been in a better place to end her days............................................ once again thank you..........
