I did not receive a letter confirming a changed Cardiology outpatient appointment. I have telephoned several times without an answer and the hospital website, like so many websites, is overinclusive of irrelevant information but without help for someone wishing to check their appointment.

Sorry you weren't able to get through to the outpatients appointments line when you called. Occasionally it can get busy and there is a queuing system. However, the number listed on the cardiology page of the website for appointment queries or changes is correct, ie 020 8887 3663. Many thanks for your feedback.
