(as the patient),

I've very recently stayed on Ocelot ward and ended up having to have an operation.

The team were brilliant, managed to keep me calm and had no problem answering my many many questions. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my stay. They remain brilliant as I am now home and call in with lots of follow up questions.

They never once made me feel like the nuisance I am most probably being!
