"Why do I pay my taxes & I'm unable to get NHS..."

About: Wythenshawe Hospital

Just been to A&E 8.45pm 27.8.2014 because my son went to the Drs tues & they said nothing is wrong when evidently there is, my son can't walk & he is in agony. the pain is in the base of his spine & puss & liquid is coming out. there were over 40 people waiting to be seen & 6-8 ambulances waiting to gain access to the hospital. this is a joke for some one born here in the UK pays taxes but can never use the services that I'm paying for. this issue needs addressing I'm appalled my son would have had to travel to the Nxt nearest hospital traff gen but the journey is 40+ mins away in pain & in a car, he really wasn't up to it, so back home & in bed in excruciating pain cause the NHS are incompetent.

Complaints are always used to identify areas for improvement to the service we offer to our patients.
