Impossible to contact anyone over 3 hours due to automated telephone system being extremely unhelpful.
Same contact number for a number of wards making specific contact impossible.
Messages left on answerphones on relevant wards with no response from hospital staff at all.
Being redirected to a hospital that was irrelevant to my search
Having to complete a very unwieldy feedback form which seems designed to stop people complaining.
