"Ophthalmology Day Surgery"

Staff in bay 4 were absolutely brilliant, providing service you could expect from a 5-star hotel! I was kept informed all along the process as to what was being done and what was next. We actually got the date of the appointment wrong but received a call from the hospital the morning of the operation checking I was still coming along and they kindly made arrangements to fit me in even though I arrived slightly late. Very well done Royal Shrewsbury Hospital!
