"Good experience at urology department"

I have recently moved from South East London to Kent. The other day I came to your urology department for a cystoscopy and I cannot praise enough the sister who did my cystoscopy, I did tell her at the time as I was so impressed.

It was the twenty fourth and over the years of chemo, BCG and twenty two operations my bladder has become more and more sensitive.

I should also like to congratulate your administration and general organisation as it is far superior to the the system in any of the hospitals I have attended in South East London for the same treatment.
