Clean ENT Department. Did not have to wait too long.

What could be improved

I am VERY disappointed with my consultation at the ENT departement.

The consultant was NOT compassionate at all, had a moody face and was making up excuses for not offering me treatments, we know what the problem is, however, I was denied treatment, why, why, why? Does the consultant just want to make life easy for themselves? Is it to save money? Why is the consultant getting paid a six figure salary for, clearly they are not doing their job correctly!

In a nutshell I was denied much needed treatment. I have been treated VERY unfairly and badly.

The NHS is great for life and death situations, however, when it comes to elective treatments the NHS needs to take drastic measures to correct things.
