About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a service user),

To begin with I was anxious, worried and was generally terrified to go and yet after that first time going to Inclusion Matters I was almost excited to go back.

Everyone was lovely, this helped me to feel comfortable.

The service provided me with support that I've never had. I received brilliant help and I'm happy to say that my recovery is going great. Thank you.

To improve: possibly longer sessions, time went fast!
