About: Victoria Hospital (Kirkcaldy)

(as the patient),

I had to write to let you know that even when things aren’t going well, you have a member of staff who has been able to quickly sort out any of the problems I have had.

If nurses are angels, Chris in the Complaints Department is a saint. This pleasant chap is the answer to my prayers. He can work miracles. No problem seems to be too difficult and the change in staff behaviour after I’ve spoken with him is like night and day.

I cannot praise highly enough the service I have received after a phone call to Chris, he is a credit to the NHS.
